Yes — Owners adjust seats from Settings → Billing. Adding a seat pro-rates the cost immediately. On month-to-month, removing one credits the difference to your next invoice; on a 12-month term, a removal takes effect when the term renews.
Per state: $25/state/mo paid yearly ($300/state/year), or $30/state/mo billed monthly on a 12-month term. Nationwide is $300/mo paid yearly or $350/mo on a 12-month term. One subscription covers your whole agency, up to 10 internal users. You can add states anytime; changes to your states happen at renewal. MAX Leads purchases are final.
The Bundle comes with a full refund of your first payment within 7 days, no questions, one click in Settings. After that, you can cancel from Settings → Billing and keep access to the end of what you've paid for — on month-to-month, the end of your billing cycle; on a 12-month term, cancelling stops it renewing and you keep access to the term's end. MAX Leads purchases are final and aren't refundable.
